Customized optics for laser material processing
Qioptiq develops a whole range of sophisticated and high-quality laser
optics for laser material processing applications, including:
•  Drilling and fine cutting of a huge variety of materials like metals,
    ceramics and printed circuit boards
•  Plastic welding
•  Structuring/perforating of metallic and non metallic materials
•  Marking (e.g. of smart cards ICs, printing plates, keyboards,
   dashboard designs in the automotive industry, solar cells in the
   photo voltaic industry)
•  Cleaning (e.g. wafers, restoration projects)
•  Laser optics for UV, VIS, NIR, IR laser as well as diode lasers

Off-the-shelf products for laser material processing
Qioptiq also has a complete catalog of standard LMP products and
services, including:
•  F-Theta-Ronar lenses for the wavelengths 355 nm, 532 nm, 830 nm
   and 1064 nm for scan fields of 30 mm x 30 mm up to max. 400 mm x
   400 m, partially consisting of quartz for higher laser capacity
•  Variable 2x…8x beam expanders for the laser wavelengths 355 nm,
   405 nm, 532 nm, 633 nm, 780 nm, 830 nm and 1064 nm, manual or
   motorised design
•  Fixed 2x, 5x, 10x beam expanders for 532 nm and 1064 nm, partially
   made of quartz for higher laser capacity
•  Focus-Ronar lenses for YAG laser in material processing
