United States which govern not only the export of tangible products,
but also the transfer/export of intangible products (e.g. software,
technology, know-how).
It is further the policy of Qioptiq to maintain unequivocal compliance
with the national export laws and regulations of the countries where our
companies are located and the countries of our suppliers and customers.
Export compliance plays an important role in ensuring our success and
the success of our customers and business partners.
No transaction that is contrary to this policy shall be executed under
any circumstance.
