Our MachVis software is designed to help you find the right lens for
your machine vision application.
Using 4 simple parameters — object size, working distance, sensor size and
camera mount — MachVis calculates the necessary optical parameters and
then, from the extensive LINOS lens catalog, pre-selects all suitable lenses
that meet the specifications.
If mechanical accessories (e.g. focusing unit, extension tubes etc.) are needed,
MachVis will create a printable, itemized list of the required parts.
MachVis also generates a schematic drawing of the lens and accessories in the
order of assembly.
A special highlight of MachVis is that you can download 3D CAD data of the
selected lens and all accessories directly from the Qioptiq website with only
one click within MachVis.
Specifications, along with your own project notes, may be saved to your hard
drive for later recall. Datasheets (PDF) for each lens may be viewed for a more
detailed analysis.
Our latest version (3.8.0) includes the following improvements:
— New lenses: NIR lenses and inspec.x L lenses for use with prism as well as Apo-Rodagon N 90 and Rodagon 150
— Remark column for lenses implemented
— Obsolete lenses are marked
— Many small enhancements
