company’s Code of Business Conduct
and Ethics.

Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics stands for a fundamental commitment – to act in accordance with all applicable legal requirements
and high ethical standards wherever we operate.
In order to help us meet this commitment, this Code defines what Qioptiq expects of its businesses and people regardless of location or background.
Of course, this code does not address every situation or serve as a substitute for each employee’s individual responsibility to exercise good judgment and common sense so that his or her actions never damage either Qioptiq’s hard earned reputation for integrity, or that of the employee.
