During our 100-year heritage, we are proud to have established some of the most advanced optical component manufacturing capabilities in existence.

This expertise in component manufacture knows few limits, and spans virtually every known optical material, ranging from the very latest in infrared and exotic materials across to visible components, in both glass and polymers. Our capability is virtually unlimited by manufacturing complexity or size, and we have developed high levels of expertise in productionising traditionally challenging formats, including aspheric, freeform, diffractive, cylindrical, and toric forms.

In addition, we have developed considerable IP in manufacturing micro optics in both glass, and molded plastic.

A key strategy to our growth has been the development of a scalable international manufacturing capability which is able to offer economical mass manufacture of virtually any complexity of component, including IR and polymer whilst simultaneously maintaining high yields and compliance to the most extreme specifications.
