The future objectives for the Qioptiq Group are clear. Through the continued development of our product range, services and design capabilities, and by undertaking targeted acquisitions, we are dedicated to delivering the objectives outlined in our Group Mission Statement:

Within Qioptiq, we strive to innovate, develop and manufacture demanding and cost-effective optical solutions for our extensive customer base. The skilled employees and professional managers of our international network of companies are committed to offering a world-class service in optics.

Accomplishing the goals in our Mission Statement is challenging. Our core values, shared by each of us, will help us meet these challenges. This booklet has been produced to document these core values.
